Key metrics at a glance

Delivery
  • queued_count: emails waiting to be dispatched
  • sent_count: accepted by the provider
  • failed_count: failed after all retries
  • delivery_rate: sent / queued ratio
Engagement
  • open_rate: unique opens / delivered
  • click_rate: unique clicks / delivered
  • unique_recipients_sent: distinct contacts who received the send
Health
  • top_failure_reasons: ranked list of failure causes
  • first_sent_at / last_sent_at: useful for diagnosing batch timing issues
