Operational Debug Checklist

  1. Capture request timestamp and client identifier.
  2. Capture endpoint path and request body summary.
  3. Check status from operational views (incoming events, queue, recipient outcomes).
  4. Confirm preconditions (verified sender domain, subscription state, contact eligibility).
  5. Reproduce with minimal payload.

Escalate With Context

Include:
  • endpoint and method
  • request id if available
  • relevant object IDs (campaign_id, contact_id, incoming_event_id)
  • process_error or validation message
  • whether issue is intermittent or deterministic
